How is my tier determined?
We read your AWS spend via Cost Explorer during the free scan. Your tier is based on the most recent complete calendar month of unblended cost, excluding credits, refunds, and support charges.
What happens if my spend changes?
Spend is re-evaluated quarterly. If your average crosses a tier boundary for a full quarter, you're notified 30 days before any change. No mid-cycle surprises.
What is founder's pricing?
The first 50 paying customers get 50% off list price, locked forever. It's not a trial or promo — it's a permanent rate that stays even when you upgrade tiers.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes. If your spend drops below your current tier's floor for a full quarter, you can request a downgrade at the next billing cycle. Your founder's pricing discount carries over.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes. Pay 10 months, get 12 (approximately 17% off). Founder's pricing applies to annual plans too.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If your first month doesn't find at least 3x your subscription in annual savings, we refund 100%. You keep the results and recommendations.
